Board Member
With over six years of progressive experience, I have built a diverse career spanning both public service and community engagement. I previously worked as a Finance Assistant at the Lake Victoria South Water Services Board, where I gained practical experience in financial management, reporting, and organizational operations.
In my leadership roles, including serving as a volunteer Treasurer at Tunza Dada CBO, I have developed strong skills in financial oversight, budgeting, and resource management. I contribute to sound financial practices through budget planning, expenditure monitoring, and promoting accountability to support organizational efficiency.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I Am deeply committed to mentorship and community development. I have actively contributed to several mentorship programs, including involvement with Umma Initiative in Kwale, being a research assistant in several organizations including Kenya Markets trust among others where I supported youth and community empowerment initiatives.
I have built the passion over years for social impact which is further demonstrated through my current role as a Board Member at Tunza Dada Organisation, where I plays a key role in guiding strategic initiatives including finances to enable operations adversely uplifting and supporting women and girls.
I continue to leverage financial and tax expertise alongside community engagement experience to make meaningful contributions both professionally and socially.
